Skin grafting

Skin grafting

A Poem by Linda alexander

Plastic surgeon at surgery table
Donor site prepared with meticulous care
Recipient site with meshedgraft from saline
How many cells will divide and survive
It is the art skill and the technology combined
Post op dressing change with at most care
Wow in few weeks recipient site all good
Poetry is baseless if you can’t admire that skill
