So many times...

              So many times I've walked down streets

          with hurrying leaves flying about my heels.

              So many times I've wished I could tell you

          about cascading snow flakes and Winter's blanket.

              So many times I've wanted to take you by the

          hand walk with you through Summer's valley where we

          would find vibrant flowers and a rivers gentile flow.

              So many times I've heard the ocean  whisper into

          my ear it's tumultuous and mysterious story.

              So many times I've longed to hold you in my

          arms and share with you the knowing we are here

          because of the ingenuity and kindness of evolutions'

          years.

              So many times I have known the love of the wind,

          the rain and the sea.

              So many times I have wanted to tell you I love you,

          hoping you would say you loved me.

I love so many things about your poem. I like that it reads so effortlessly. I like the repetition of "so many times." Love of nature and romantic loves woven so beautifully together. Thanks for this beautiful, little poem.
